The Orientation to Accreditation workshop is a formal
introduction to the Canadian Accreditation Council, divided
into 3 sessions geared towards staff, managers and board
members. These courses will concentrate on different parts
of the standards, chosen to best explore the roles of the
different staff through the accreditation process as well as
the supports that are available to achieve success. There
will also be opportunity to ask questions during the
session.

Orientation to Accreditation for Service Delivery Staff
This course will focus on service delivery, relation to
standards, evaluation, staff files and health and safety
Cost: $75 plus applicable taxes for a full day course
Time: 9am to 4pm
Limit: 8 people per session

Orientation to Accreditation for Management Personnel/Directors
This course will focus on structure and practice and
relation to standards
Cost: $50 plus applicable taxes for a half day course
Time: 9am to 12pm
Limit: 8 people per session

Orientation to Accreditation for Board Members
This course will focus on governance, ethics and
strategic planning
Cost: $50 plus applicable taxes for a half day course
Time: 1pm to 4pm
Limit: 8 people per session
