MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION TRAINING

In our continuing efforts to bring you training for service delivery excellence, we will be offering Medication Administration Training for organizations.

The purpose of this training is to provide information to support front-line staff in the safe and effective delivery of medications to persons served.

This course will be taught by two trainers through CAC in order to provide you with the best information available. Deridre Gerro, a CORE Support staff at CAC and Trainer will provide her expertise with the standards and Diana Mayers, a Registered Nurse will be providing information about the direct administration of medication to persons served. Please be advised that though Medication Administration training is required for accreditation, you do not have to take it through the CAC.

Cost: $95 plus applicable taxes

As well, if you live outside of Edmonton or have training space in your organization, our instructors can come out to you. We offer training outside of our facility for groups of 8 or more.

Participants can be sent home at the discretion of the instructor for being disruptive, intoxicated, or sleeping in class. There will be no late admittance.
