This is a flat Rate of $1,250.00 plus applicable taxes. |
Accreditation Process Fee
|
The accreditation process fee is based upon
the total budget for all of the programs to be accredited.
50% of the process fee is invoiced upon receipt of the
signed agreement and due within 45 days. The balance (50%)
of this fee is due with the submission of the pre-site
materials. The pre-site meeting and subsequent on-site will
be postponed if the fees have not been received prior to the
pre-site meeting.
If a pre-site review of policy is not required, 25% of the
process fee will be deducted from the invoice. Policy
reviews are not required if the policy currently being used
within the program has been reviewed and found to be
compliant by a previous review team (i.e. in the case of an
addition of new programs, or programs within an organization
are on different accreditation schedules etc.) If a new
version of standards has been ratified, a policy review
using the new standards is required.

Equivalency to Other Accrediting Bodies
|
The costs associated with accrediting programs that are
currently accredited by another accrediting body would be
calculated at 25% of the CAC accreditation fee for that
program budget plus a one-day per diem/committee member
for review by the PRC sub-committee. Other fees - fixed
and/or consequential would apply. |
On-Site Expenses
|
Per diem costs are based upon the number of people on the review team and the number of days they are on-site.
These costs are related to how many and the nature of the
programs being accredited. All reviews are minimally
scheduled for two days and involve the coordinator and at
least 1 team lead, two (2) reviewers (i.e. 4 team members X
2 days on-site X per diem rate = total on-site costs).
The per diem fee is calculated based upon the number of team
members and the number of days needed to conduct the
on-site. The per diem rate is inclusive of travel time and
all expenses.
The On-Site per diem fee is $550.00 per person
per day plus applicable taxes. |
Follow-Up Expenses
|
Similar to On-Site Expenses, Follow-Up Expenses are a per
diem based on the number of people on the review team and
the number of days on-site. Organizations should budget for
at least one Follow-Up day on site with at least 2 members
on the review team in order to prepare for the possibility
of a Follow-Up visit.
The Follow-Up per diem fee is $550.00 per person per day
plus applicable taxes. |
Annual Fee
|
The annual fee is invoiced on April 1st of each year and due
May 1st, for all programs regardless of accreditation
status. The Annual Fee is also submitted with the Annual Declaration
of Compliance.
The annual fee is $500.00 per year plus applicable taxes and includes one
account on the
Accreditation Support Network. |
