Every organization and program, at one time or another, will
face ethical dilemmas – it is the nature of the human
services field. This module will assist organizations in
obtaining a more comprehensive understanding of ethical
issues, standards related to the management of ethical
issues, and how to address such concerns through policies
and procedures.
