DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES
In order to help you with all of your
accreditation needs, we have a variety of documents we can
show you. Our Resource Room houses samples of forms and
documents that you may need in order to complete your
accreditation. As well, we are in the process of developing
a Sample Documents package that will be offered for sale on
a cost recovery basis.

Resource Room
|
The Resource Room is a collection of
research, standards, sample policy and procedure manuals as
well as sample forms and documents that are available for
viewing for any organization pursuing accreditation through
the CAC. The materials are free for viewing, and we can help
you to find anything you may need to use or adapt for your
organization. If you wish to view anything there, please
just call us ahead of time and let us know.

Sample Documents
|
For organizations starting out or those
who have not gone through accreditation recently, we are
offering a package of Sample Forms and Documents for
purchase, including a complete Sample HR File, a complete
Sample Person Served File, and other forms to help you and
your organization succeed. If you are interested in this
