They are one of the Value Added Benefits that we provide to you and are a part that we are very proud to be able to share with you. They will provide you with support in a number of parts of the process, including:

Maintaining the integrity of the accreditation process which is designed to establish benchmarks of excellence, but remaining responsive in order to accommodate unique qualities in the variety of organizations
Ensuring organizations are provided with the support they require to achieve success. Organizations will have access to training and networking, along with ongoing support with the interpretation of the Standards and process
Providing a transparent Peer Based review process that supports an unbiased evaluation. A coordinator is involved in all stages of the review process in order to monitor the accreditation for continuity and follow through
Assuring the safety and wellbeing of the persons served and supporting the organizations in their efforts to enhance the quality of services that are offered

The crucial role of maintaining continuity throughout all of our accreditations is taken up by our CORE Support, each of them well versed in the Standards, interpretations and changes in order to ensure that each accreditation is fair and unbiased. As well, all of our CORE Support staff. as well as our CEO, have worked in the child protective services field and were in charge of the accreditation of their respective organizations. We believe that the best people to help you with the accreditation process are those who have seen it from your point of view and can help you to understand because they know your experiences.

When you begin the Accreditation Process, you will have a CORE Support assigned to you, and they will be one of your guides. They are there to answer your questions throughout the entire process, and they will be onsite as well, helping to ensure that each accreditation is consistent and unbiased. They are available to help to provide resources that will make your accreditation as meaningful as possible.
